Why would my vehicle struggle to start it sounds like its struggling to kick ova
What is your question?
It drive's sweet but the engine does not sound right i here clicking noises coming from the back of the vehicle but i am guesing that could be the arial maybe. I realized somthink was up when i couldn't lock my vehicle with my key then i started it an i had to put gas into it to get it to start , it sounded like it was struggling to kick over .
What makes this problem better or worse?
If i keep trying to start the car it sound like it gets harder to start

That is a strange combination of issues. Key fob won't unlock doors, hard to start, add in engine noise...
The only thing I can think of that you may be hearing click at the back of the engine is the starter solenoid, but that should only happen if the battery is low and you are actively trying to start the engine.
I advise making sure your battery connections are clean and tight, making sure the battery cables are connected properly at the chassis and power distribution box (positive cable), and checking the status of the battery.
If these are OK, seek hands on diagnostic help, as that is the only correlation I can come up with off the top of my head.
