Hi, Need to change my engine

Hi there, Thanks for the question. I can't say definately that you can or can't use a newer engine for that car. I just don't know for 100% certainty that it will work. There may be some wire harness issues and /or fitment issues by using a different year motor in that vehicle. I would contact the manufacturer or a good used parts yard to find that answer. They will both have the information for interchange on those motors and will let you know if they will be compatible. I hope this helps you out. Thanks again for the question!
