2019 Cooper Mini with 5,188 miles was not started for 13 months. Battery dead.

What is your question?

When jumping to another 12v vehicle, lights come on & gauges come on but engine will not turn over. We have correct key fob. Is it possibly an anti theft device issue?

What makes this problem better or worse?
