What is your question?
My husband recently changed high pressure pump, low pressure pump and fuel filter on my mini. After he replaced fuel filter car would turn over but would not start. He checked all fuses and looks like all are good. What else could cause it not to start. Does look like we are not getting enough fuel. Could it be a wire or filter housing he broke when changing the filter. We are stumped. Why does it not start? Thanks. Hannah

Is there an anti-theft system influencing the no start? That's one place to start. Other than that -- he replaced all those components? Does he have proper test equipment to check and verify operations of various components -- diagnostic test equipment is essential to diagnose and repair this vehicle.
