What does it mean when the display say's CODE?

What is your question?

Car was involved in an accident, we repaired all damage. It was running fine, but then this came up on the display, along with the service engine soon . Ran a scan and said it had 1 stored code, #1 cylinder misfiring. Changed plugs and wires. still runs rough though. Any help would be great
