There is a fan on in the engine compartment that drew done the battery dead.
What is your question?
The repair shop I go to said the power steering pump is over heating causing the fan to stay on.
To fix they say I need a power steering pump, reservoir, fan at the cost of $1600.00.
RepairPal Certified shops can diagnose and repair your 2006 Mini Cooper. They provide transparent pricing with a minimum 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on repairs and services.
This could be accurate, however, i'd probably enlist a second opinion just to be sure. Regardless of an "overheating pump", the fan should not drain the battery.
