Makes a clicking noise car won't hold charge.

I got a brand new battery and my S-belt replaced, it was working day of i drove it around for a bit but then i didn't drive it for a couple of day now it won't start at all the battery won't hold a charge only when being jumped but the engine won't start and there is a loud clicking noise when i try to start it all the lights turn on and so does the radio but that is it. any suggestions?
