engine rough idle dies when put in gear

just gave it a complete tune up replaced head gaskets timeing belt exhaust gaskets 02 sensors lower intake gaskets plenum gaskets throttle body tps sensor starts right up but idles high and dies when engine kicks down or is put in drive its a 2001 villager 3.3 sometimes i hear air leaking from right side behind plennum
