my reverce come out my van fluid is all most black does it need be change or is transmission comeing out rest change good

was driving car it stared shaking girl driving it took it in out overdrive when it shake now it wants go in reverce but when mass gas it waqnt go no where fluid is black we had it 3 months but all other gears works and change good

What makes this problem better or worse?

it started shakeing then reverce went out shanking stop
