What is your question?

I have a villager 1997 sometimes when I have to stop at a stop sign or street light, the rpms drops to 500 or below. Any idea what is wrong?

First, make sure that your Throttle Body is clean and not dirty with carbon. Then check your idle control motor. Is your car in tune and do you have any Check Engine Lights on?
