My 1996 Mercury Villager won't pass the smog test.

What is your question?

We had all necessary repairs done. I have tried to do the drive cycle to reset the codes a few times, but it still won't pass. The EGR and Catalytic Converter cycles are "not completed". Any suggestions? Is there a place that can reset the sensors for me?
