What is your question?
so I put antifreeze in and it started working then quite again but there is still antifreeze. so I checked the fuses and there was a 10 fuse where there was to be a 20 so I changed and still nothing

Antifreeze has nothing to do with the blower. If it doesn't work you could have a defective control panel, a bad resistor, or the blower motor could be bad. On these vehicles a worn motor will draw too much current causing the resistor to fail very often, or fuses to blow. If it works on the lower speeds but not high you have fuses blown. If it won't work on any speed you probably have a bad blower motor. If it only works on high the resistor failsafe has probably blown due to excessive current and both the resistor and blower will have to be replaced. The control panels are not usually an issue on these vehicles but yours is very old.
