Rough running could be connecting with a problem in the fuel trim or ignition system. You may be due for changing the spark plugs, etc. I'd check your maintenance schedule in your owner's manual or on RepairPal: http://repairpal.com/estimator You may also want to try a bottle of fuel system cleaner like Chevron's Techron Concentrate Plus--that's the one I've heard is the most effective.
