poor preformance

What is your question?

I just bought this car. Had alot of work done, plugs, wires, coil pack, fuel filter and pump, throttle sensor, cam shaft, pcv vavle. The guy said it boggs on accleration for awhile then the vehicle picks back up to speed. He said it was the map sensor is this correct? There is no check engine light on or comes on

If the MAP sensor is failing, it probably would turn on the check engine light. I don't think a bad MAP would cause it to 'bog down' necessarily. I think it sounds more like a fuel problem or airflow meter (MAF) problem to me. I think you need to see a Ford or Merc specialist.
