Turn signals. Rpm gauge quit working then stuck in park. Got car out of park

Hello, There may be an issue with the instrument cluster itself, but this one will need diagnostics. Since the turn signals and tachometer are only connected in that their wires are routed together, I would lean towards physical damage to wiring, but without hands-on inspection of the vehicle, I can't be close to sure. Hopefully it is just a bad connection. Have this inspected by a certified technician/repair facility.
