fuel problem

What is your question?

I have a 94 tracer, and when accelerating to chugs for bout a couple of secs then the car gets up and go's. I have replaced the plugs, wires, coil pac, fuel filter, camshaft sensor and throttle sensor. I have very poor gas mileage could it be the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay. If someone can please help that would be awesome thanks

Sounds like a vacuum leak - intake, or air tube leak after the air box and before the engine.
