The car will turn over and start when hot. When I go start it in the morning it turns over for about 4 min and it will start. if you wait several hours you have that problem

Hello, it sounds like you may have a problem with lots and lots of air getting into the engine when you don't want it, such as with a cold engine. Yes, it's important to check for base fuel pressure and delivery, and for ample spark. But if you have both of those, there is likely unmetered air getting into the intake, causing the fuel mixture to be so lean that the car won't start when cold.
