When I put it into gear say like reverse and give her gas to go, you can literally see my engine lift and its makes a loud "bang" noise? Motor mounts possibly? any ideas

Yes, indeed, motor mount failures are quite common. But so are transmission valve body issues. If you have excessive force on the shift like that, it may not be motor mounts alone causing the problem. But I would bet on motor mounts being one of the problems.
