84000 miles, AWD, sounds like a humming noise in front end. My guess= drive shaft passenger side, out of balance tire(s), wheel bearing? sound is always there, any speed, making a turn has no effect on noise. Tires are brand new 4 weeks ago. dealer installed. Went to car dealer where I purchased vehicle (New Car Dealership) Service department, did test drive and a VISUAL inspection and stated nothing wrong with vehicle. Would AWD vehicles make noise only in one wheel? Tires are Goodyear Eagles A/S, M/S purchased and installed by dealership.

Hello, sounds like the tire tread pattern could be making different noise than you are used to hearing. Or, there could be a wheel bearing issue. Bearings indeed usually change sound when turning left or right. But so would tire tread pattern noise.
You could possibly have a differential noise or other rotation bearing noise. Further inspections should be performed if you're remaining concerned.
