Hello, if you are saying the new starter helped when it was replaced, there must be a concern with the replacement starter if it's not working, or perhaps the cabling that connects the starter to the battery or connects power from the battery. This is where I'd focus my attention. Often times, a replacement starter motor may not really be of high quality. So just be aware of that.
