the check I have code p0720 and no speedometer at 0 and trans shifting harsh

What is your question?

Ichanged the output speed sensor on the transmission on drivers side above axle and I was told that one of the ABS wheeel sensors could cause this and if so which wheel sensor controls the speedometer? Also the cruise control does not work. And is there anything else I should be looking at trans. etc.
