The air seems to work but heat I have for only about 10mins then gets cool .

Sounds like the blend door is closing up some how . If it is heating for ten minutes then stops don't sound like the heater core is stopped up but it wouldn't hurt to flush it . U need to find the blend door and when it start blowing cool check and c if the door has shut from heart to cool .
