What is your question?
2002 Mercury Sable GS 3.0L OHV - drove the correct drive cycle 5 times with a stopwatch and those modules are not ready. The battery is older but strong, the alternator is strong and I'm looking through my insurance policy.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It runs perfect. No codes, no CEL.
How long has your 2002 Mercury Sable had this problem?
The car sat for 3 years. I replced the battery and took it to a smog shop running perfectly yet, it failed due to the CAT, O2 HTR, AND O2 SENSOR being not ready.

Hello, settling monitors can be tricky. The biggest thing I could suggest is to ensure your fuel is between 1/4 and 3/4 tank (near half is good), and to set your cruise control at about 57 mph and let it cruise there for about 10-15 minutes. You'll likely get through those monitors, regardless of what you are reading as a "correct" drive cycle. Here's a great article on this site: https://repairpal.com/drive-cycle-issues
