Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I am sorry to read about your engine problem. When one of your cylinders has no compression, and the other five seem to be fine, it is due to a failure of that cylinder itself either in the valve train or the block. Something is not holding pressure – have you done a leak down test to see if the valves are leaking? That is step one. There could be a cylinder wall or piston issue as well. If the leak down test does not yield results, removing the cylinder head on the affected bank is the next step. Good luck!
