Need instructions how to replace defective driver's side door switch

The interior dome light and the icon showing open doors illuminate and stay on for indefinite time periods (more than 5 minutes) after opening the driver's door. Also, with these lights on and the key in ACC, the bell keeps chiming. If the lights go out and the key is in ACC, there is no bell chiming as it should be. Opening only the passenger door and closing it and the interior light stays on for a nominal # of seconds and goes out. So, the defective switch is in the driver's door.
