my OD light started flashing and tranny is slipping

Do you think I sould still have my car's "Code's" checked? If yes, sould I wait to change filter

change the filter first top the tranny fluid off and see if it does the trick if not then check codes these code will half to be done at a service garage I would recommend a tranny garage

We changed filter today and "Dam " it takes alot of oil. OD off light still flashing. will take it to be tested. I know Auto Zone checks for codes for free. Would their test tell mr about tranny codes if "check engain light" isn't on. Do you know of a site that would give me code readings
