Everytime the car is started gets worse while driving and upon acceleration.. Stalls and dies if you come to a complete stop.
What makes this problem better or worse?
The higher rpms is when its worse

Hello, this could be evidence of a major internal engine problem. It's impossible to know without hearing the noise first hand. I'd recommend having a local shop listen to this noise right away. Do not drive much or at all until you get it checked. www.repairpal/com/repair-shops
