Car smells like gas when I shut if off and spiders when I press on the gas

Sounds like a misfire. (engine light flashing)? Unburned fuel will collect in the exhaust and make a smell of fuel. Also could have fuel leak and low fuel pressure

Sounds like a stuck fuel injector to me. Check your oil for gas. Pull the dip stick and give it a sniff test. If it smells like gas then its whats called fuel bleached. Do not try to drive it under this condition. I have seen oil pans blow off if the fuel level in the oil reaches a combustible saturation.
