We replace head gasket and the head warp. We fix all that now it wont start. It cranks but sometime its hard to start.

It could be so many things its impossible to say without being able to diagnostic tests. If it is a 4 cylinder recheck the timing belt marks to ensure it is properly aligned, check the compression to ensure it is even , check the spark plug wires are on in the right order, check for fuel at the fuel rail. Same instructions for the 6 cylinder but that has a chain drive instead of a timing belt. Have you a good workshop manual?
