front of car is viberating pulling to the right

Vibrating - just cruising and accelerating, not braking right? Sounds like a faulty tire perhaps. I would have the front tires especially inspected. You could even swap left to right and see if the pull is now to the left. You could have a wheel balancing issue, but usually with vibrations at a relatively lower speed, it starts with the tire itself.
