Why want my car battery stay charged
What is your question?
I put jumper cables on my car and my moms car I let run for literally an hour drive it around for a few then turn it off turn back on immediately just to make sure it still has juice. The next morning I wake up and it's not all the way dead but it just won't start.

Sounds like a battery issue to start with. Have your battery tested by a reputable shop to determine if it has the reserve capacity to last overnight for a morning start. Could be as simple as that. Beyond that, checking for a "parasitic draw" by an electrical component would be needed.
