I was given and estimate of $500 to fix the passenger front wheel bearings and bushing, but when I took it in to be fixed they told me it would cost $1, 400. I had them fix (think they did)the bearings for $500, but not the bushing(their estimate statement called it a lower control arm)for $900. Are bushing and lower control arm the same thing? What would it cost to get the bushing/lower control arm fixed? I felt like the whole thing was a big rip-off. The car makes an awful noise when I drive it. Thank you. Kay
