Voice commandnot working with Bluetooth User Device

My GPS microphone does not work. I have always been able to use the Bluetooth User Device to enable Voice to place my calls . Now all of a sudden this no longer works. My procedure was to connect my phone and choose Media, then Bluetooth User Device, then choose my connected phone. This gives me Line In and then I choose Source BTST which allows my streaming to work properly and it also allowed Voice to give me Bluetooth User Device options and recognize my command. Now when I press Voice it responds with the GPS voice command menu which does not respond as the microphone does not work. Previously with Voice I got the Bluetooth voice menu which could hear my command. I have ensured that the Bluetooth Option is ON. Is there anyone out there who has a solution to my problem?
