Replaced battery and sync doesn’t work

Hello, as long as the audio unit has power, you should still be able to pair the Bluetooth. Ensure the settings for Sync are set properly to accept Bluetooth; also ensure your phone is updated to the latest level iOS software. I'm not aware of anything battery failure related that would cause the Sync system to be inoperative.
