I have a 2007 mountaineer. The wrench light lit up, I put an obd reader on it, but can’t remember what code presented. (months ago, I think it was an evap code) Covid happened and I stopped driving for a while. Yesterday I took it through inspection - no extra lights were lit on the dash. The attendant said I needed to go through a drive cycle and reinspect. After I left Inspection I think I felt a slipping for a second the wrench lite lit but then went out. I am concerned that I might have a costly repair. I rarely drive over 55 mph, it does hesitate when shifting. The vehicle is quiet no clunking, you hardly know it is running at all. I hope I have given you enough information, it is all I currently have.
