Reset anti theft feature on 2007 Mountaineer premier v8

The anti-theft feature cannot be "reset" by some diagnostic tool or anything like that. The anti-theft system is passive, and requires communication between a transceiver in the vehicle and a key that has been programmed to correspond to the transceiver. Clearly, there must be an interruption in this relationship. If parts have been replaced, then the keys must be programmed again using a suitable high end Ford equivalent diagnostic tool.
