Look at the rectifier connector at the alternator itself. Is it melted? Burned? Damaged? Did the alternator come with the integral voltage regulator? Did you verify the new alternator is providing the proper amperage AND voltage?

just put new reman alt tested it before puting on truck it worked on mechine dont work on truck

No fuse to locate. Back to basics - circuit testing the wiring, testing the amps and volts output. Long shot if all else fails - can be a PCM. Really really doubt it.

dealer said it was ecm control alt makes it work ecm is 750.00$
