Car won't start

Hello, have you checked to ensure a proper key is being used? If a key that is not programmed is being used, the engine will not crank. Secondly, are you certain the engine physically turns? What testing has been performed to condemn the battery and starter? Check all cables for secure connections and clean of corrosion, check all fuses - including maxi-fuses in case one has been blown, especially during a power surge from an improper jump start.
