What is your question?
My mountaineer start jolting forward while I was stop with my foot on the break pedal. Then it died and would not start. I let it sit for the night, took off the battery cable and reset it. It started and I still have no codes. I drove it and it was not jolting anymore, but then it died again. I changed the TPS and it started. I drove it home, turned it off and it would not start again. Any ideas?

Yes, you need a diagnosis of the problem, for example, if the fuel pump is getting weak, it may not set any codes etc. If you disconnect the battery all the codes and diagnostic data are lost. So this was not a good idea. If you have a real problem, disconnecting the battery will do nothing to solve it anyways. https://repairpal.com/estimator/no-start-diagnosis-cost -> here is the first in a series of inspection sheets that we developed at RepaiPal to deal with "No Start" issues. here are some shops: https://repairpal.com/mercury-repair-in-crown-point-indiana
My computer was not spitting out codes at all, that is why I disconected the battery. My next step is to try the Idle Air-control valve. What do you think?
