Clicking noise at the relay for rear wiper after i turn engine off

What is your question?

I disconnected my amp and now i hear clicking noise when engine is off coming from the relay of the rear wiper

What makes this problem better or worse?

It constant clicking after i turn engine off.

How long has your 2001 Mercury Mountaineer had this problem?

A couple of days i disconnected the stock amp and then heard the noise
