Can I drive from Pennsylvania to Kansas if I had a heater core issue

If the heater core was bypassed then yet. Basically, you won't have heat but if they bypassed it correctly and nothing is leaking you could technically never fix it if you never wanted heat again. Alex

I know a guy who has his heater core bypassed and he has been driving it like that for well over a year and puts 1000 miles a week on his truck.you'll be fine,just no heat,which I don't believe you'll be needing any time soon.
