This engine does not have a timing belt, so don't fret about that. A cam sensor code on a Ford V6 or V8 is very common. Get a the sensor replaced. However, you may have to do the whole assembly because the Ford V6 or V8 engine have a nasty habit of ruing the what is called the reluctor wheel as well.
