Both the horn and cruise control no longer work, how do I fix them?

What is your question?

Both the horn and cruise control where working a few weeks ago but now neither are operating. I've checked all the fuses in the fuse box and all are good. What should I look/check next? Also, the airbag warning light flashed continually on the dash board.
