Problem with fuel filter

I have a 1993 explorer. Ford uses a clip type arrangement on my fuel hoses. You can buy a tool which slips over the fuel line and slides into the connector to release the clip. I got mine from Snap-on but I'm sure any auto parts store will have it. Hope this helps
