When I fill my van up it wants to die on idle sometimes it does die and sometimes it just sputters and catches the right idle rpm. After fill up it will die when driving and sometimes it runs just fine.. it's been in the shop three times and he can't find anything the matter with it bc it doesn't happen to him when he drives it.. it's really bad after I fill it up completely with fuel.. but it's not all the time that it does it. It does sputter or cut out when driving as well.

been overfilling it? when the pump clicks off at the service station the FIRST time, that's it, she is full enough. no check/service engine light on? maybe the vapor canister is full?
No bc that's all I put in once it clicks that's it
ok,so( NO) to the check engine light on?
Check engine light has been on since I bought it 3 years ago. Never had any issues from the vehicle either.. my local machanic order the new part that was throwing on the check engine light but I won't work to fix it bc he says there something electrical within the wire I suppose he connects to it.. but he can't do anything bc the van never messes up on him.. but it Literally died on me on a busy road today with my Kids witch me
to many possibilities! if your mechanic can't find anything, then i would change the fuel filter first.make sure the arrow is pointing towards the engine when changing... then have the fuel pressure tested.
