Temp gauge needle will drop and air conditioner will stop blowing cold air.

What is your question?

I have had car in dealership shop several times and they have not fixed problem. The temperature gauge needle will drop like it turned off and the air conditioner stops blowing cool air. Code shows coolant temp sensor, but I have had coolant temperature sensor replaced (twice). Has anyone else experienced this problem and had it actually fixed?
