What is your question?
Problem started with radio fuse blowing and being replaced. Then Intermittently the check engine light illuminates and throws a code for O2 SENSOR BANK1 SENSOR 2., stays on a couple days then goes away and runs fine. While check engine lights on it wont shift while driving or it will jerk and shift roughly. When tester first runs it will flash either a red CAT or EVA sometimes both, also passanger tailtight lights went out but blinker, brake and reverse lights all work and for a week my speedometer from 0-50 had no light. The scanner says their are NO dts codes stored. Im at a loss and dont know where to start!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing it just happens intermittently when car starts
How long has your 2007 Mercury Montego had this problem?
1 month without check engine light, 2weeks with intermittent light and o2 sensor code

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Which code was set leading you to the catalyst monitor sensor for bank one? It is important to learn this to suggest direction of testing. That's what the codes are for, not to just replace parts based on guesses. You definitely have a bit of a list of concerns to address - mostly unrelated to each other. Address one area at a time. Test the circuit for the catalyst monitor oxygen sensor as noted. Determine what is causing it to set a code and warning light. Resolve the issue. It sounds like something more serious may be going on - and testing with a Ford IDS diagnostic computer is a necessary and valuable interface to get the results needed to drill down to root causes of each concern.
