How to check if montego premier has remote start option

I have a 2006 mercury montego premier and it is fully loaded with just about every option available.. the problem is I dont have any remotes and the previous owner can't locate them. They can't remember what they look like or of it in fact had remote start option!! (Previous owner was around 75-80 years old) car mage at purchase was 72,000 miles orignal!!! I believe it has the opition just want to know before I order fobs!! Any help is greatly appreciated
