Can I disconnect the fuse for the CD player without disconnecting the radio

What is your question?

CD player will not work. CDs stuck. Will not eject or play. Says cd error. Draining on car battery bc CD player keeps trying to run.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Car is harder to crank when cold.
