Started car and drove it,arrived at destination and put the car in park. Turned off engine and key will not come out of ignition. What can I do ?

Happened to me, I had to put the car into neutral and the key came right out.
If enough people call ford 1-866-436-7332 on the safety issue, maybe a recall will be granted.
Thanks,but I had to replace the shifter knob.
